The high-speed and heavy-load palletizing robot jointly developed by our institute and the Robot Research Institute of Beihang university can be widely used in sugar, fertilizer, feed, lime, cement and other industries, completely replacing the traditional manual palletizing method, and the products are highly efficient, stable and safety. It has been applied to a number of sugar making enterprises in Guangxi.
Technical features:
1. Multi-joint robot developed based on cylindrical coordinate system has many advantages such as small footprint, low power consumption, high palletizing efficiency, and low breakage rate.It is at the advanced level in China.
2. It uses machine vision technology to collect the status information of the material package, which can eliminate the unqualified material packs.
3. It integrates the automatic control technology of logistics transportation, can realize the fully automatic and unmanned process of palletizing including from the arrangement of goods to palletizing.
4. The robot teaching operation is simple. The Chinese graphical operation interface conforms to the user’s characteristics, which is convenient for staff to operate. The operation data is easy to set up, adjust, store and convert. The daily operation is convenient.
5. The whole robot palletizing system has a reasonable design with continuous and stable production, low system energy consumption, and well-designed safety protection device.
