Training Base for Application of Industrial Robots

Basic training unit for industrial robot

Integrated practical training unit for industrial robots

Combination of theoretical study and practical training

The students practiced in the training base

GRIMI takes the case of industrial robots as its core, refines robot automation expertise, integrates robotic automation teaching resources, to build an industrial robot application training base. The base meets the application training needs of many industries, and cultivates students' professional technical ability with practical case teaching to achieve seamless connection with the actual situation of the factory. The base adopts a scientific and reasonable modular design. Users can select different modules according to the teaching needs and the direction of personnel training to realize students' professional skills learning in all directions of the robot.

The goal of training

Developed Intermediate mechanics: The base aims to training those mechanics who can master familiar typical robotic technology applications, can skillfully complete the application and operation of robotics technology, and can perform basic maintenance.

Developed Senior mechanics: The base aims to training those mechanics who can combine robot automation with vision, force sensing, Internet of Things and other advanced technologies, and can apply related technologies in automated production. At the same time, they can effectively combine relevant technical principles and complete secondary expansion.

Developed preliminary mechanics: The base aims to training those mechanics who understand the principle of robot control under mechanical and electrical integration, can use this control platform to carry out the deep study of the robot, and use the platform to complete the secondary development of the robot. In addition, they can also develop a deeper level of development for robots based on the different structural forms and movement principles of different robots.
